Eligibility

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to:

  • First-time paid subscriptions (Essential or Premium plan)
  • Both monthly and annual billing cycles
  • Requests made within 30 days of your first payment

What's Covered

  • Full refund of your subscription fee
  • No penalties or cancellation fees
  • Your data will be available for export for 30 days after cancellation

What's Not Covered

  • Renewal payments (second month onwards or second year onwards)
  • Third-party fees (payment gateway fees from Razorpay, domain registration, etc.)
  • Services or products sold through your store to your customers

How to Request

To request a refund under our 30-day guarantee:

  1. Email us at support@skrafts.com with the subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email and reason for the refund (optional but helpful)
  3. We'll process your request within 2 business days
  4. Refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days

We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features:

  • No Credit Card Required: Start your trial without any payment information
  • Full Feature Access: Try all features available in Premium plan
  • No Automatic Charges: Your trial ends without any charges if you don't upgrade
  • Cancel Anytime: Cancel during the trial period with no obligations

Since the trial is completely free, no refunds are needed—simply let your trial expire if you decide not to continue.

Subscription Cancellation

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  1. Log into your SKrafts dashboard
  2. Go to Settings → Billing
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm cancellation

Monthly Subscriptions

When you cancel a monthly subscription:

  • Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period
  • You won't be charged for subsequent months
  • If cancelled within 30 days of first payment, eligible for full refund
  • After 30 days, no refund for the current month (service continues until period ends)

Annual Subscriptions

When you cancel an annual subscription:

  • Your account remains active until the end of your annual period
  • If cancelled within 30 days of first payment, eligible for full refund
  • After 30 days, no refund (service continues for the full year you paid for)
  • Subscription will not auto-renew at the end of the annual period

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your store will be taken offline at the end of the billing period
  • You can export all your data (products, customers, orders) before the period ends
  • Your data is retained for 90 days in case you want to reactivate
  • After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted (except as required by law)

Prorated Refunds

Downgrades

If you downgrade from Premium to Essential plan, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for downgrades.

Service Interruptions

If SKrafts experiences significant downtime or service interruptions due to our fault, we will:

  • Investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible
  • Provide service credits or prorated refunds for extended outages (>4 hours in a day)
  • Calculate credits based on downtime as a percentage of your monthly fee

Account Violations

If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service:

  • No refunds will be provided
  • Your access will be immediately revoked
  • You may export your data within 7 days of termination notice
  • Any outstanding balances remain due

Refund Processing

Timeline

  • Request Review: 1-2 business days
  • Refund Processing: 2-3 business days
  • Refund to Payment Method: 5-7 business days (depends on your bank)
  • Total Time: Usually 7-12 business days from request to funds in your account

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer available, contact us to arrange an alternative refund method (bank transfer, etc.).

Third-Party Services

Please note that refunds for third-party services are subject to their respective refund policies:

  • Domain Names: Domain registrations through third parties are non-refundable
  • Payment Gateway Fees: Transaction fees charged by Razorpay are non-refundable
  • SMS/WhatsApp Credits: Prepaid communication credits are non-refundable
  • Third-Party Apps: Any paid apps or plugins have their own refund policies

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback:

  • Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team
  • Chargebacks may result in account suspension and additional fees
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action
  • If you have a legitimate dispute, please email billing@skrafts.com first
